Ausar AriAnkh is the visionary Owner and Executive Chef behind Kitchen Magician Catering Company and Firehouse 15. Born in the Bronx and raised in Long Island, NY, Ausar’s culinary journey began at just six years old, when he first discovered the magic of food while helping his mother in the kitchen. What started as a childhood curiosity quickly blossomed into a lifelong passion.

 

By his junior and senior years of high school, Ausar was already honing his craft through an extracurricular culinary arts vocational program—a pivotal experience that sparked his commitment to excellence in the culinary world.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and innovation, Ausar earned an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University. His professional path has since taken him across the country, including standout roles such as Regional Executive Chef of the South Region for Chartwells, and Executive Chef at both William & Mary and Virginia Commonwealth University.
